She is the Principal of Billabong High International School, Thane.

Kalyani Chaudhuri is the Principal of Billabong High International School, Thane. Her career spans across two and a half decades. She has worked in various teaching capacities across states in India and abroad before assuming the role of an administrator. Her teaching experience ranges from K-12 grades.

She is a post graduate in English Literature with an M.Phil and also holds a degree in Education . She believes that the process of teaching and learning needs to be lucid and child centric. Learners must cherish the schooling experience without any fear. Schools should be places where expressions of learners are not judged, equal opportunities are created and imparted and assessments are never given priority over learning.

Juha Repo

Lead Expert, Educluster Finland

Experienced educator, consultant and clinical supervisor who has more than 25 years of experience in the field of education.
Has been involved in school set-up projects in Qatar, UAE, Oman, Maldives and Vietnam. Has also provided client-centered educational solutions in Finland, Argentina, Chile and Nigeria. Mr. Repo has more than 10 years of international expertise in school management and in his last assignment he established the first Finnish international school in Doha, Qatar and worked as a Head Principal for five years.His areas of expertise include school management, curriculum reform school quality assurance processes and organizational dynamics. In his work Mr. Repo likes to combine his strong content knowledge with his systemic and psychodynamic approach. At the moment Mr. Repo works as a Lead Expert in EduCluster Finland providing consultancy and support in the field of education for clients in Finland and around the world.

Heli Parhiala (MA)

Teacher & Educator, Educluster Finland

Heli Parhiala (MA) is an experienced teacher and educator with an explicit view of the cornerstones of Finnish educational system from a practical point of view. Her main areas of expertise are in developing and evaluating special education needs teaching in preschool and primary education. She has deep knowledge surrounding the identification of disabilities and in turn meeting the needs of diverse learners. In addition to her career in education in Finland, Heli has also worked as an expert and as a teacher in an Emirati-Finnish partnership project in Abu Dhabi developing the local educational system and practises. She is familiar with working within multi-professional as well as multi-cultural teams in developing education best practises. Heli has hands-on experience in teacher education and professional development activities related to improving special education needs teaching procedures. Her main interests lie in supporting and creating inclusive and individualised school level practices

Sini is an experienced teacher and educator with a deep understanding of the Finnish educational system and educational leadership practices. Her expertise includes extensive know-how of curriculum development processes which focus on active participation and collaboration. Sini has innovated and implemented teaching and learning approaches that enable interaction, individualisation, flipped learning, and assessment based on goals and learning processes. Over her career, Sini has also specialised in special education, school development, and competence building, in Finland as well as in GCC countries and Asia. Sini has experience of working in multilingual environments, across different fields of education and with various cooperation partners.
